Easy Mental Techniques

A natural source of energy

and well-being

Welcome to Easy Mental Techniques, my website on

Relaxation and Visualization

Mental techniques are a set of practices that have been known since time immemorial and that, beginning from the first decades of the last century, have been scientifically studied by western physiology and psychology. The main goals of these self-help practices are to

  • promote well-being
  • improve stress and anxiety management
  • promote personal change
  • improve sports, working and artistic performances
  • promote concentration and learning
  • increase our awareness

  • tap into our resources that usually we don’t know we have.

The aim of this website is to introduce you to some of these techniques and eneble you to try and use them. Moreover, this is also a complement of my book Relaxation and Visualization Techniques. Practical applications.
