To relax it is good to take into consideration the soothing power of natural elements. We don’t have to be in an idyllic place to feel it, we can also be in a city, maybe the public gardens or a park. Sometimes listening to the sound of the rain when we’re at home, or watching the snow fall silently and softening the noise of the city and its rhythms, can have a very relaxing effect.

All natural elements – just watching them, hearing their sounds or toughing them, have a strong calming power. Water, with its fluid movements, surrounds and fills all obstacles and then keeps on flowing. Think of its sound, like the lapping of a fountain, the movement and sound of the waves of the calm sea, or the sound of rapids or waterfalls, and let yourself go and relax.
