This exercise is meant to reassure that frightened or sad child that we were during those moments.<\/p>\n<p>Close your eyes and turn your attention to your breathing. Take three deep breaths, then keep on breathing normally. Mentally repeat to yourself that with each exhalation you will relax more and more.<\/p>\n<p>Now go back in time. Imagine yourself as a kid, in a situation where you were alone, afraid or sad. It doesn\u2019t matter if you don\u2019t remember exactly what was your appearance. Slowly get closer to the child, smiling at him as you would do with your children.<\/p>\n<p>Open your arms toward him and hug him until he calms down. Stay for a few minutes with him, smile and talk to him, give him love inspire him with confidence. Let him know that there is nothing to worry about. Reassure him that he\u2019s not alone and never will be.<\/p>\n<p>Now that you have reassured and calmed him down, you can go. Questo esercizio intende rassicurare quel bambino spaventato o triste che siamo stati proprio in quei momenti.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assumi la posizione che pi\u00f9 preferisci, seduto o sdraiato. Slaccia o allenta cinte e lacci che costringono il corpo. Chiudi gli occhi.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Comincia ad osservare il tuo respiro. Fai tre respiri profondi e lunghi, poi lascia che la respirazione torni normale. Ripetiti mentalmente per alcune volte che ad ogni espirazione ti rilasserai sempre pi\u00f9.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ora torna indietro nel tempo. Immagina te stesso bambino, nella situazione in cui eri solo, impaurito o altro. Non importa se non ricordi esattamente com\u2019eri. Avvicinati al bambino lentamente, sorridendo, come faresti con i tuoi figli. Stendi le braccia, abbraccialo e tienilo nel tuo abbraccio finch\u00e9 non si tranquillizza. Resta qualche minuto con lui, sorridigli, parlagli e fagli capire che non c\u2019\u00e8 nulla di cui preoccuparsi. Rassicuralo che non \u00e8 solo e non lo sar\u00e0 mai.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ora che si \u00e8 tranquillizzato e rasserenato puoi andare. Prendigli le manine e salutalo, digli che ora tutto va meglio, e che ogni volta che ne avr\u00e0 bisogno, tu sarai l\u00ec.
