{"id":1462,"date":"2017-02-02T08:46:05","date_gmt":"2017-02-02T07:46:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tecnichementali.com\/?p=1462\/"},"modified":"2017-03-08T08:46:20","modified_gmt":"2017-03-08T07:46:20","slug":"general-relaxation-exercise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tecnichementali.com\/en\/relaxation\/general-relaxation-exercise\/","title":{"rendered":"General Relaxation exercise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[et_pb_section admin_label=&#8221;section&#8221;][et_pb_row admin_label=&#8221;Riga&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;2_3&#8243;][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Testo&#8221; background_layout=&#8221;light&#8221; text_orientation=&#8221;left&#8221; use_border_color=&#8221;off&#8221; border_color=&#8221;#ffffff&#8221; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The aim of this exercise is to achieve a state of general relaxation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Before doing the exercise, read the <a href=\"https:\/\/tecnichementali.com\/en\/relaxation\/preparation-for-relaxation-exercises\/\">preparation instructions<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Duration: 10-15 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>I take three deep breaths, then keep on breathing naturally and in doing so I start to relax.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>With each breath I increase the feeling of relaxation and my muscles let go of all the tension.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>While the breathing slows down and becomes more regular, I progressively let go to a sensation of wellness that keeps on growing.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Every muscle and every nerve in my body let go of all the tension and I sink more and more into a pleasant state of relaxation.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>My hands relax gradually. Little by little the breathing becomes calm and regular.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Now my hands are relaxed, heavier and relaxed.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>A warm flow of energy spreads from the wrists to the forearms that, together with my hands, become heavier.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>As I relax I feel the sensation that the same thing happens to my elbows, and from there it extends to the muscles of the arms.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I let myself go and let the shoulders release the tension.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Gradually, as my breathing becomes more calm and regular, my whole body gets filled with a wonderful feeling of peace, rest and tranquility that intensifies and grows stronger every time I inhale and exhale, in a calm and peaceful way.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The muscles of the neck begin to relax. The jaw is relaxing too and so is the tongue.
